High pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace is the best choice for die steel, tool steel, stainless steel, it values all the treated parts, no need to clean after quenching, the heat chamber has divided into three different types for different application, round, square,octagon. round chamber are suitable for batch process, the square chamber is good for big part to achieve isothermal quenching and convection heating, the cooling gas can go up and down seperately. the octagon chamber combined two type's advantage together
all the above mention furnace is one chamber, the heat to cool in one chamber, you can choose two chamber's furnace to improve the production. save the energy and decrease cycle time
